To Whom It May Concern: After the dramatic hit that our country has taken during the coronavirus pandemic, we are in the need of rebuilding our economy and this proposal is going to make it difficult to come out of. Especially if we're going to maintain the status quo of the American dollar. Yes, the environment is very precious to our world and we should work towards alternative forms of energy but these things take time to develop. We have learned time and again that the government fails at just about everything it does although it has thus far served us so well.
