To Whom It May Concern: When President Biden took office in 2021 America enjoyed energy independence. Biden cancelled the Keystone XL Pipeline and began a crusade against American energy companies. Now he has to beg the Middle Eastern countries & Venezuela to increase their production. The latest assault on American Energy companies comes in the form of a 500 page proposal to require public companies to report their impact on climate change which they already report. Why is Biden punishing the American citizens with higher prices? Why is he making us dependent upon foreign countries instead of being independent as we were? Regards, Edna Melcher
