To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you in regards to my opposition to the latest assault on the American energy companies. These public companies are already complying with the disclosure of “material” risk, as well as climate change. I want American energy independence, NOT importing our oil and gas and shaming of our oil and gas companies. Please consider the risks involved to the American people and our country if this passes.
