To Whom It May Concern: President Biden canceled the Keystone XL Pipleline and thousands of American workers, and then he begged Middle Eastern countries and Venezuela to produce more oil. The Biden Administration has been hell-bent on destroying America's energy independence to impose a climate-change agenda that American citizens do not want. Now the Biden SEC wants to impose new regulations with reporting requirements on companies that will open them up to lawsuits, which will serve to fund the disastrous climate change agenda.
