To Whom It May Concern: Forcing public companies to disclose their impact on climate change, while our government attempts to buy less clean petroleum from brutal dictator countries isn't reducing climate impact. Material risks are already required, so this is an added non-competitive burden on public companies only benefiting trial lawyers. Hasn't this administration taking away our energy independence done enough damage as evidenced in vehicle and home fuel costs, cascading into the highest inflation in over 40 years.
