To Whom It May Concern: I do not support legislation by regulation. Therefore, I oppose the SEC's plan to force public companies to report their various impacts on "climate change." Public companies are already required to disclose “material” risks, and that includes climate change, for some companies. These new regulations would apply massive new costs to companies which they were not expecting. During these trying economic times, these costs are unacceptable. Regards, Carol Woolsey
