To Whom It May Concern: Before Biden took office the USA was energy independent. The Biden administration has now made us dependent on other countries by closing the Keystone Pipeline. Biden now is begging other countries to increase their energy production. This is crazy when we can be energy independent. Biden prefers for American citizens to pay more to drive to work, heat and cool our homes. Why would America want to depend on other countries and not use our own resources. This legislation will saddle companies with large new cost. I oppose this bill and your job is to do the will of your constituents.
