To Whom It May Concern: [Our economy is suffering enough under the weight of all the bureaucratic red tape the radical without saddling companies like this for years. And adding these massive news costs, while discouraging companies from going public and forcing them to shift resources from job creation and innovation to compliance with the Left’s mandates, at a time like this would be a catastrophe.
