Dear SEC SEC Comments, Hello! My name is Tyler Ramsey, and I'm a 5th generation farmer in South Central Nebraska. The regulations we adhere to and the departments we answer to are already extensive, complicated, and at times hard to understand what is needed from all different agencies. We are the stewards of our land, not abusers. I ask to please reconsider any attempts to add to the complexity of this system. Giving the power to unelected people to ultimately tell me what's best for my ground is unacceptable. Again I ask please reconsider any plans to do just that. Regards, Tyler Ramsey
