Please halt your efforts to further hobble American companies with more regulations, reporting, and costs. I am a private citizen and a private investor, invested in some of the mutual funds whose managers are insisting that I want what you are proposing. I do not. They don’t speak for me. The EPA has control over climate-related matters – which is to say no control whatsoever – and not the SEC. You are out-of-bounds, and have no business regulating at the behest of climate activists. If you care, at all, about our country you will cease and desist with even more counter-productiive and senseless regulations.
