To Whom It May Concern: It's time we concentrated on the economy! Putting unnecessary demands on corporations is not the answer, it won't do anything for the climate! Expecting the US to foot the bill for China and Russia's pollution is foolish and puts us at a disadvantage! The US is already doing far better than these countries! Spend your time and money on things that will help our economy and make us more competitive! Over-regulation has got to stop! Regards, MARK DISON
