To Whom It May Concern: When I was young we were a nation proud to be independent . Now we are dependent on other countries for most things . Bring energy production back to America . We can not afford the prices of gas and oil. Bring back the jobs lost in closing down the pipeline . The SEC proposal would destroy companies by adding new costs and allow ESG too much power .We want energy independence , not more shaming of our oil and gas companies . Regards, Natalie Miner
