To Whom It May Concern: When President Biden took office our country was not only energy independent, but a net exporter of oil and natural gas. Today we are tapping our strategic oil reserve and not only using it here at home, but sending it to Europe as well. This is unsustainable and suicidal. And now our government wants to further destroy our energy producing capabilities by forcing "ESG" standards. This is a blatant legislation by regulation tactic. I am tired of of our politicians and governmental entities finding every way they possibly can to go around our Constitution. ESG will cripple this country. Until such time that renewable energy resources are capable of FULLY replacing fossil fuels we must take an all of the above approach to energy. Please do not move forward with S7-10-22.
