May 15, 2022 I am in full, eager support of this proposal. It is critical that companies disclose their climate impacts and vulnerabilities in a world that is heading toward rapid climate change. It makes pragmatic and moral sense to allow us shareholders to evaluate our investments based on their interplay with the climate, but it also makes economic sense. The IPCC has made it clear that the global economy will be irrevocably changed in a 1.5+ world, and investors must have all the information possible to make financial decisions in that changing landscape.
