May 12, 2022 As a result of our climate emergency, it is extremely important to support this rule. I do. If we don't act we will literally be looking at a planet that's uninhabitable for our children and grandchildren. As the rule stipulates, companies will be required to be transparent about their role in climate change. It will also give investors more leverage in forcing changes to business practices that contribute to rising global temperatures. Unless required, companies will not voluntarily disclose this information. We must be able to demand that they do better. Without dramatic changes the human race will suffer incalculable harm from the results of the climate crisis. Please pass and implement this rule. Thanks.
