***May 11, 2022 I'm writing to express my strong support for the SEC's proposed rule that would enhance and strengthen requirements that companies doing business in the U.S. disclose the likely effects of their operations on global climate change. The transparency this rule requires will give investors like better information that will allow us to hold businesses accountable for making changes to their practices to prevent rising global temperatures. As an energy company shareholder who actively exercises her vote at annual corporate meetings, I'm grateful for these new rules. ***
