*** ***May 11, 2022 I support the efforts of S7-10-22 to require climate-related information, including risks, in registration statements and annual reports. Climate change has an impact on the economy and business that is not currently be sufficiently acknowledged or disclosed. It can disrupt supply chains, increase costs, and damage assets leading to increased costs passed onto consumers and deceptive company valuations for investors that put their portfolios at risk. Climate risks are not currently being sufficiently disclosed and a rule change is necessary. Moreover, in a time when the world needs to work to bring down emissions, companies need to be transparent about theirs. A major source of emissions in the US is in industrial operations and transportation. These need to be disclosed so that customers and investors can fully understand the risks involved. ***
