**** **** May 10, 2022 I fully support climate disclosures as the rule is written. Larger companies with more elaborate disclosures, smaller companies exempt for the most part. This will allow the market to weigh the companies fairly and allow advancements in climate goals to be incentivized without a huge impact on the broader market in doing so. ****
