**** **** May 10, 2022 I strongly support the idea of requiring public companies to disclose their carbon footprint and other types of exposure to climate change. If we price the externality of Carbon emissions (versus continuing to allow the cost to be spread across all of society), certain companies will become less profitable and valuable overnight. Id like to have access to the information needed to weigh that downside risk when making investment decisions. ****
