Imposing additional regulations on business regarding the environment is politically motivated by the man in the White House. This obsession with the environment is creating an excessive burden on companies which end up passing on the cost to consumers.
I am totally opposed to regulations from your agency that has nothing to do with actual financial matters of publicly held companies and I find it that the SEC is over reaching.
