The SEC should not be partaking in this ESG fad, except to crack down on the obvious chicanery that is this concept as a theory of value for placing capital. ESG and climate change are an on-going hoax and must not be more deeply entrenched in our federal bureaucracy. The SEC should abandon all support for these concepts and go after these ESG/climate change promotors for fraud.
