To Whom It May Concern: Please follow the science. The market follows economic reality in the long run. As both a scientist and financial advisor I know that a any near term attempt to displace fossil fuels will greviously harm the economy and the stock market and hence the well being of Americans. The capability and resources to get to any significantly lower carbon based does not exist. The current ability of Russia to attack Ukraine is only one example of the importance of the need to enhance rather than reduce our fossil fuel resources. Regards, NEIL McCARTHY
