To Whom It May Concern: On January 19, 2020, America was energy independent. Because of the decision by the Biden administration to cancel the Keystone XL Pipeline, to slow walk the issuing gas and oil leases, and the latest proposal to require public companies to report their various impacts on “climate change" have caused higher gas and oil prices, with resultant food, transportation, heating and cooling, and commodities prices. The new SEC proposed regulation would will saddle companies with huge new costs and enable the shaming of any companies which are just trying to provide affordable energy for ordinary Americans.
