Dear SEC, PMI is interested in submitting public input on the proposed climate change disclosure rules. The statement by Acting Chair Allison Herren Lee says the deadline is 90 days after publication of the statement (mid-June) but other places on SEC’s website appear to say the deadline is mid-May. Can you clarify when the submission deadline is to help us determine if we will be able to submit a statement in time. Kind regards, Austin Kennedy
