The SEC's oversight job is to make all transactions fair and equitable for all participants. Said differently the commission is not in the business of deciding "so called green decisions" in their duties of which impedes the the spirit of our capitalist society outlined by the US Constitution. Maybe the US Congress should focus on changing the US Dollar from a fiat currency to a precious metal backed currency as written in the US Constitution so that the SEC and all the other departments of gov would be able to control the extensive fraud involved with our fake money. The US Constitution is very clear concerning Commerce and our capitalist experiment that originally made our country great! I say NO to all those that desire anything GREEN involving gov and business. Those issues should only be voluntarily implemented by individuals and companies with zero mandates from the SEC.
