Incomprehensible! Have any of the respondents that express approval looked at the 500 pages of new overreach by government? Anyone notice the estimated compliance cost exceeding $10 billion? Please apply these detailed reporting requirements to your agency. How much was spent by your agency for salaries, travel, paper, and an endless list of other items to produce these 500 pages of sputum? More though, what is the environmental impact of the required efforts of the agency and the compliers? As an investor and citizen, I am more concerned about the risks to all created by your actions in making our society less competitive than I am about the benefits of the proposed regulation.
