Regarding S7-10-22, I am an independent investor who uses stock investments to supplement Social Security. I generally invest in small cap companies priced <$20/share. It seems to me this S7-10-22 Climate proposal will burden industries (particularly small industries) with costly analysis, audits and probable litigation without good cause. If I am interested in Climate compliance of any investment, I am quite capable of doing a self-study of the subject with no help from the SEC. Furthermore, if I am not interested in Climate compliance, the result of this proposed rule would mean nothing to me. In summation, this proposal seems far out of SEC scope, an unnecessary burden to already heavily regulated business and, if anything, political in nature. Thank you for your time, G. S.
