ESG is not a complicated issue or matter for an individual investor to understand and evaluate as part of making an investment decision, but because many if not all of its measurements are unquantifiable in their totality (i.e. pollution must be measured throughout the complete production and use chain, not just the finished product), rules the SEC creates can become burdensome and costly to the individual investor.

in this and every other issue, please make sure it's not the long term individual investor that ends up paying for rules reporting, enforcement and litigation.

thank you, Leonard Steinberg
