I am commenting on proposed changes to the SEC rules under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. I support the proposed changes. My reason - I am an investor desiring consistent, comparable, reliable, useful information in making judgments about the impact of climate-related risks on my investments, when I or the managers of my funds review audited financial statements.
