As a concerned citizen and mineral owner I think the last thing that will help our economy is added government regulations that are intended to doom our infrastructure and our oil and gas industry. The proposed new disclosure rule would be costly and disadventages to American companies. The SE?s mandate is protecting consumers and regulating fair markets, this proposed rule does neither.
