Dear Chair Gary Gensler,

I strongly support Proposed Rule S7-10-22: Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. I sure hope you can get companies to comply with it because they won't want to. Please make sure they can't get away with mere green washing.

The climate catastrophe looming over us will significantly destabilize and disrupt our financial and economic systems, not to mention our entire ecosystem. I believe that implementing and enforcing a strong rule will give investors like me the tools we need to protect our investments and hold companies accountable for eliminating heat-trapping emissions.

I thank the SEC for exercising its mandate to ensure that investors and the public have access to science-based information about risks that could affect their investments. The climate catastrophe will have far-reaching impacts across our society and having data about what the companies we invest in are doing to address it will let us know if they acting in the earth's best interest. If not, we can transfer our investments to companies that are truly climate and earth friendly.

Please pass a strong climate disclosure rule as soon as possible.

Sincerely,
Ms Jeanine Center
