Investors should have full disclosure of all risks they take when making an investment decision. This includes the potential for risks due to climate change and its consequences. The disclosure of risks to the business model and activities should include, at a minimum:
*Infrastructure vulnerabilities arising from increasingly severe weather and related disruptions (e.g., fire)
*Geopolitical instabilities arising directly or indirectly from climate-related issues
*Dependence on fossil fuels and the volatility in those markets
*Consequences of a shift to an economy with reduced reliance on greenhouse gas emissions due to economic, regulatory, technological, or social factors
