It is abundantly clear the there is a significant Comment Stuffing Effort from the Leftist Propagandists regarding this Proposed Rule. I would certainly expect the SEC to Disregard the many obviously Copied and Pasted Irrelevant and/or Ignorant Comments submitted herein.
See my prior Original comment for a sound and reasoned approach to why this Proposed Rule is Complete Non-sense.
