I believe that this rule proposal is unnecessary and burdensome.
As an investor, I would not find the information proposed to be required to be disclosed helpful, and the costs of complying with the information disclosure requirements would reduce the profits of the reporting companies, adversely affecting investments.
I believe that this proposal has nothing to do with investor protection and is a thinly disguised attempt to promote unrelated policy goals.
This is a bad proposal and should not be finalized.
