As a professional investor I believe this is a burdensome and unnecessary regulation that imposes substantial costs on companies but provides little benefit to investors.
As an individual, I think this leads to waste and further bureaucracy. This is an affront to freedom and a massive jobs program for bean counters. We should be eliminating \"bullshit jobs\" not multiplying them.
Please reconsider.

p.s. Your form still requires manual dashes between parts of a phone number. The forward slash you use to escape quotation marks shows up in the text of my comment and typing a forward slash just shows as a blank character (). I don't trust you to implement a wide-ranging and expensive multiplication of paperwork and disclosures.
