Dear SEC:
This is an incredible overreach of your mission statement ...I can not for one second believe that your mission creep has expanded to include this level of information... which basically is useless.
As a shareholder, I now have to pay for each public company that I own to pay for this level of granularity that does not benefit me one bit.
As a former filer, we have so much information to prepare in such a concentrated time period - adding another is crazy (do you realize how much this will cost?)
Has anyone within your organization done a cost/ benefit analysis on this proposal?
Once upon a time, the SEC was an apolitical organization that stood to protect shareholders and investors...thise days are clearly gone.
