These rules are the epitomy of government over-reach and regulation over-burden. Forcing this needless reporting on free market companies will only drive the cost of doing business up. LET THE MARKETS WORK and this will not be needed. It is VERY stupid and unrealistic to FORCE companies to report on the \"Climate Change\" impact of their SUPPLIERS and CUSTOMERS. Do not implment these rules. It will churn out useless, unused, and meaning less data at a very real cost. JUST FORGET THE WHOLE STUPID PLAN
