Yes, I have one or more accounts that I access both online using a computer and using a mobile app.

Daily/more than once a day

Once to a few times per month.

5. If you access your account online, did you have the account first, and only began to access it electronically later? Or did you open the account with the idea that you would access it electronically immediately?

10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
Exchange rules, account balance, govt intervention, and when companies unilaterally decide I shouldnt be able to purchase stock to protect their own investments.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
I am honestly considering not putting any more money in the market. I have zero confidence that the govt has the ability, in real time or otherwise, to protect my interests. Ive always had confidence in the markets, I work at an exchange for gods sake, but its getting harder and harder to argue that the system isnt rigged when retail investors like me try and tell me it is. Technology needs to be harmonized across banks and institutions and better rules need to be put in place to put an end to the absurd amount of leverage these companies are allowed to take on when for example yall know damn well that these guys are taking on too much risk.
