10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
It is my understanding that in the USA, it is perfectly legal for a group of brokers, MMs and clearing houses to collude to ban the buying of certain stocks because they would otherwise be exposed to the risk of a short position. I'm assuming they took this action because they knew there would be zero repercussions from the SEC.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
The entire GME saga has highlighted to me that the completely fraudulent financial system that is operating in the USA will continue to persist as long as the SEC take no action to protect retail investors or to enforce a fair and transparent system. I'm still not sure whether this is through corruption or incompetence.

To the SEC employee reading this, when Roosevelt first established the SEC they had 4 main objectives: '(1) to restore investor confidence in the securities market, which had practically collapsed (2) to restore integrity to securities markets by prosecuting and eliminating fraudulent and unsound practices targeting investors (3) to end million-dollar insider trading by top officials of major corporations and (4) to establish a complex and universal system of registration for securities sold in America, with a clear-cut set of deadlines, rules and guidelines'. After all of the fraudulent activity we have witnessed this year, can you honestly tell me that you and your colleagues are still committed to this vision?
