I downloaded an app or visited a website first, and then opened up an account with the company

I had a very bad experience with one of my online investment account. Without informing or asking me blocked my trading for few days. Everybody knows investment is risky and still proceed to do it then who are them to block our trades. SEC doing nothing about it and corporation are making money from blocking retail trades.

A lot easier to access and buy/sell. I can do it whenever I like to buy or sell (If someone don't block/cease the trades)

10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
First of all I know trading is financial risk and I agreed to that and then I joined investing account. There's no person who decide except me what is risky for me or what is not. Blocking or ceasing any trades is violation of free trade market in any volatile condition.

My trading account only be suspended or restricted if I have took money from bank and I'm not paying it on time. If I'm having all money cash from my saving, I can do whatever I wanna do.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
Stop market manipulation and frauds. Take hard action on any level of people commiting crimes. There are all the valid proof of crime and still SEC and FBI are not doing any investigation on the crimes.
