10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
Depends, I feel like there could be a few things that cause an account to be suspended or restricted but I'm not 100% sure. The first, If you're involved with the law and your assets have been frozen or some other legal circumstance. Second whatever broker/bank/booker doesn't meet the margin requirements and doesn't have the liquidity to take on inherit risk or possible problems. Last would be crime, like robbinhood colluding with market makers to restrict the sale of a stock so rich people don't loose too much money on a risky bet so they can continue to rob the lower classes.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
I think we really need to enforce the financial laws already on the books. Continuing to not enforce laws makes another horrible financial crash inevitable. We probably need new/better laws too. People in American institutions should realize a free market built with truth, fair rules and enforcement produces the best results for a societies resource allocation, business competition, population happiness, adaptability/longevity, and general stability. I fear for Americas future, things seems chaotic and unstable. It appears like it's getting worse. 2008 should have been a wake up call to nefarious financial crimes and nothing was done, I unfortunately see see a dark path ahead
