10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
Trading halts can happen if the price moves more than 10% up or down within a five minute window. If that continues after the halt a longer halt will be implemented, and could even halt trading for the entire day if enough halts are reached in that day. Also, certain brokers can just turn off the buy button and commit fraud to stop our trading at any time they wish with no penalty in sight. Then they can lie about it under oath, still with no penalty in sight.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
Online trading is fine. The problem is with the enforcement of the rules towards the big players in the stock market. If only there was some sort of government body in place that was supposed to be enforcing those rules... Pennies on the dollar fines are not penalties, they're a price of doing business and make the organization collecting the fines complacent in the crime taking place. Take some real action, the crime is right out in the open for all to see.
