Yes, I have one or more accounts that I access using a mobile app.

No

Once to a few times per month.

I downloaded an app or visited a website first, and then opened up an account with the company

7. What would you like us to know about your experience with the features of your online trading or investment platform? (Examples of features are: social networking tools games, streaks, or contests with prizes points, badges, and leaderboards notifications celebrations for trading visual cues, like changing colors ideas presented at order placement or other curated lists or features subscription and membership tiers or chatbots.)
I dont really pay attention to a lot of the features, badges, colors etc. I just like the fact you can make comments about your stock and the social aspect.

I have a retirement account through work. The app I use on my phone is for making extra money not so much as retirement. More like making money to pay bills off or pay for Christmas or vacation.

10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
I have a cash acct. not margin. So I dont use margin. I know you can only trade 3 trades a week. Or selling I should say. Never had it restricted or suspended. Do t know why it would be with a cash account.
11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
Being able to use my smartphone is awesome for trading. I do worry about the security of the app sometimes though. Id hate to have my data stolen.
