I downloaded an app or visited a website first, and then opened up an account with the company

It gives me the ability to research terms and rules about investing. Haven't seen any gimmicks or advertising cues.

10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
Depends on the situation . Could be because of market rules-or impropriety.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
I was unaware a market maker could collect retail orders and bundle them for dark pool trading for their benefit. I also don't have any interest trading in options chains, but believe the options trading is more fair than short selling tactics. Short selling guarantees market advantages for institutional investors. (How is it legal to sell something you don't have, and don't have to fulfill because of loop hole trading amongst institutions?) Any large institution can target a single stock and flood the market with shares-so of course the price will drop. Using dark pools also allows for buy orders to be suppressed. Clear enough for you?
