As a small retail investor that will be retiring in 10 yrs and due to a declining industry in my career of 25 yrs I am looking to create steady income for my retirement. As a trader for about 3 yrs now I've experienced Hedge Funds, MM and Big Institutions have the upper hand not just with Funds but by Manipulation/Dark Pools/Naked Shorting etc. and make it almost impossible for small investors like myself to become somewhat successful. I feel there needs to be Transparency and Equality for all traders big and small.

Upon opening an online account I have researched and studied Technical Analysis on understanding stocks. I feel if there are more Transparency and Equality in the Stock Market more investors will contribute to paying Capital Gains to the Government which is good for everyone.
