I downloaded an app or visited a website first, and then opened up an account with the company

stable and easy access to my portfolio, trading for a cheap (not free) penny, other stuff isn't needed. I use Degiro to trade on US exchanges (and only US).

I started with Degiro online about 2 years ago and didn't use offline stuff before. I only took a look at normal share prices by google finance.

10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
I'm stricktly against suspended or restricted trading or investing in my account. If you do your job independent from what hedgies or highly paid ppl say, there is no need to restrict investing.
11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
Forbid darkpool trading and scamming by hedgefonds like citadel, restrict pay per flow and such stuff which is intransparent for retail investors. Daily fresh, may be live statistics about shorting, FTD and other important information are highly recommended for small retail investors. Take a look to AMC and GME stock, it is visible t oa blind person that it stinks to mars what Citadel is doing. Same pattern, same buy/sell/short activities to push down the price and manimulate the market. This is scam by definition. Do your job and stop that. Same features for all investors, independent if one is buying 1 share or the complete company.
Regarding AMC, the hidden short interest by naked shorting (yes, take a look to the numbers, I as an small investor can smell and see it), fake shares and such stuff, is visible. You need to stop that. NOW
