Yes, I have one or more accounts that I access both online using a computer and using a mobile app.

Yes

I had a pre-existing account and downloaded an app or visited a website to access my account

They are fine. I want them to be used and optimized for investments and trading, nothing else.

I relied more on managed accounts.

10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
I believe trading can be halted on my account due to technical reasons or due to identity issues (potential identity theft).
11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
Online trading has worked well for me at places like Vanguard. I do question the legality of the halt in trading for retail investors from platforms such as Robinhood during the GME situation. I worry about the platform having more control then they should with little to no repercussions to their actions.
