10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
I am familiar with the laws and rules, wash sales and trading on margin. I avoid day trading, unless I have a good reason to do otherwise. However I trade more aggressively and freely in unregulated markets where those rules do not apply. In both cases I manage to trade profitably, both short term and investing long-term.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
Although I believe I do not need babysitter in SEC and I believe regulations can be harmful, I do think some inexperienced market participants may require protection and regulations. Proper education of public should be a priority over any regulations. I like commission-free mobile trading platforms and I think existing SEC rules are sufficient. No changes necessary.
