Yes, I have one or more accounts that I access both online using a computer and using a mobile app.

No

Once to a few times a week.

I downloaded an app or visited a website first, and then opened up an account with the company

Keep the amount of money I have, while keeping up with inflation
Save and grow my money for short-term goals (in the next year or two)
Save and grow my money for medium- to long-term goals

7. What would you like us to know about your experience with the features of your online trading or investment platform? (Examples of features are: social networking tools games, streaks, or contests with prizes points, badges, and leaderboards notifications celebrations for trading visual cues, like changing colors ideas presented at order placement or other curated lists or features subscription and membership tiers or chatbots.)
My current broker has a 20 minute delay in the price of securities on their platform which causes me to have to use secondary sites such as Yahoo Finance to know the current price of securities. Other than the previous statement, I am currently happy with my brokers features. The broker does not support or have implemented social networking tools games, streaks, or contests with prizes points, badges, and leaderboards celebrations for trading ideas presented at order placement subscription and membership tiers or chatbots. If my broker did implement the preceding features, I might investigate switching to another brokerage.

My current broker also states that they do no profit from, nor use, Payment for Order Flow (PFOF). If I discovered that the preceding statement wasn't true I would switch to a new broker immediately as I do not support the idea of PFOF.

I have no understanding of any circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
If online trading and investing were not available, I would not be able to participate in the US Stock Exchanges.
