No

I downloaded an app or visited a website first, and then opened up an account with the company

My platforms have none of these things.

10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
Should be NONE. It's my money, I should be allowed to make poor decisions. The last restriction wasn't to protect me or my money, it was to protect the rich who got their hand caught in the cookie jar...AGAIN...and were not even given the usual token fine.
11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
The whole system is rigged for the wealthy and connected. The SEC lacks the testicular fortitude to stop it. It's revolving door of Hedge Fund to working for the SEC and back to Large Bank or Hedge Fund for all of the financial experts that are tasked with enforcing the rules.
